LawBridge NG is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice directly.

2. Eligibility

To use LawBridge NG, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

3. User Accounts

a. Registration

Users must create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities carried out under your account

b. Account Suspension

LawBridge NG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Provide false information
• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity

4. Services Offered

LawBridge NG provides:

• Lawyer consultations and bookings
• Lawyer-on-demand services
• Escrow payment facilitation

All legal services are provided by independent lawyers, not LawBridge NG.

5. Lawyer–Client Relationship

Any lawyer-client relationship formed through the platform exists solely between the user and the lawyer. LawBridge NG is not a party to that relationship and does not control or direct legal services.

6. Payments & Escrow

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
• Funds may be held in escrow until service completion.
• LawBridge NG may deduct platform fees or commissions where applicable.
• Refunds are subject to our dispute resolution and refund policy.

7. Fees & Subscriptions

• Some features require payment or subscription.
• Prices are displayed before confirmation.
• LawBridge NG may revise pricing with prior notice.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Upload false, misleading, or illegal content
• Harass or abuse lawyers or clients
• Attempt to bypass payment or escrow systems
• Violate applicable Nigerian laws

9. Content & Intellectual Property

• All platform content, branding, logos, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to LawBridge NG.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without written permission.

10. Lawyer Content & Blogging

Lawyers may publish content on the platform. Lawyers:

• Retain ownership of their content
• Grant LawBridge NG a license to display and distribute it
• Are responsible for accuracy and compliance with professional standards

LawBridge NG may share ad revenue based on agreed terms.

11. Disclaimers

• Legal documents and tools are provided for general informational purposes only.
• LawBridge NG does not guarantee legal outcomes.
• Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LawBridge NG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• LawBridge NG is not responsible for actions or omissions of lawyers or users

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LawBridge NG from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Breach of applicable laws

14. Privacy

Your use of LawBridge NG is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
